COVID-19 Information

Dear Patients and Families,

We are pleased to report that the integration back to operating with the new Covid19 protocols has gone well to date. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in following our new guidelines. A safe clinic is a happy clinic!

As a reminder, we are asking everyone to please remain diligent and mindful of our protocols:

1. Complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire prior to your visit.

2. Wear your mask and arrive TEN minutes early for your appointment time to facilitate the new check in procedures.

3. Come alone to your appointment as our waiting room space is very limited. For younger patients, one adult may accompany the child and remain in the waiting area.

4. To maintain safe physical distancing, the clinic area is for patients and team members only.

5. Contact us to change your scheduled appointment if you feel ill or are awaiting results of a COVID-19 screening test.

Our operating times will be changing in the Fall. Effective September 1st, we will be open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. Effective October 5th, we resume our regular operating hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
